How do I book a ticket online?
Choose where you are travelling from and to, pick your travel date, and search for available buses.
Select your bus, choose your seats on the seat chart, pick your boarding and dropping points, and enter each passenger's details.
Choose M-Pesa, bank, MTN MoMo or Airtel Uganda payment and press the WhatsApp button. Your booking goes to our sales agent, who confirms your seats and sends the payment details.
Do I need an account to book?
No. There is no sign-up and no sign-in. Book as a guest and your agent confirms everything on WhatsApp.
Can I choose my seat?
Yes. Every bus has its own seat chart. Standard, Business and VIP buses have different layouts, and the fare depends on the class.
How do I get my ticket?
After your payment is confirmed your agent sends the ticket on WhatsApp. If you already have a ticket number, use the Print ticket page to ask the agent to send it again.
How do I pay?
Choose M-Pesa, bank, MTN MoMo or Airtel Uganda payment when you book. The agent sends the payment details and the reference to use on WhatsApp.
